IB Results 2024

Hockerill students are celebrating a strong set of results in the International Baccalaureate Diploma programme. 102 Year 13 students from Hockerill Anglo-European College took the IB Diploma this year and have now received their results, for those achieving the diploma we have an average point score of 34, which is well above the global average of 30.32 points.

Students are celebrating their achievements in a range of subject areas. 13 students achieved a score of 40 points or over with 40 points being equal to an A level score of “A*, A*, A*, A* and  A”. To have 4 students with 44 points is an amazing achievement. Only 8.55% of students in the IB cohort last year achieved 40-45 points. 

There were particular standout performances from Esme Lawson, Joel Smith, Summer Stevens and Iris Mamier all achieving 44 points;  Rebekah Wilson scoring 43 points;  Sean Camp and Luke Ricketts being awarded 42 points; and 3 students including Holly Morgan and Robyn Kennard being awarded 41 points; Jumie Jackson, Spencer Scarlett, Zachary Kibblewhite whose points equalled 40.
