Terms and Conditions of Boarding

Reservation and Administration Fees

• A Reservation Fee of £2500 (£600 for Flexi Boarding) must be received after a student has been accepted and before a place can be confirmed. This Fee is held while the student remains at Hockerill and will be refunded subject to boarding terms and conditions when they leave Hockerill. However it will be forfeit if they do not start at Hockerill following acceptance of a place.
• A non-refundable one off Administration Fee of £800 for residential boarders and £500 for Flexi Boarders, must be received at the start of August in the year of the student’s admission. This covers the administration work associated with boarding for the whole period that the student remains at Hockerill.
