As part of the ongoing effort to improve the information and communication the college provides, we have now changed our management information system (MIS). Our MIS underpins all aspects of the school’s data processing systems. The company that we are now using for this new system is called Bromcom. Our aim is to consolidate our systems so that parents can interact with a single platform. The platform is split into separate applications for different stakeholders. Details can be found below.

Student Portal

This is the student application and should only be accessed by the student. The portal can be accessed via

https://vle.bromcomcloud.com

Alternatively there is a mobile app that can be installed. Please see your relevant app store and simply search "Bromcom"

Students are able to access key information such as their timetable, prep and clubs. Students can access the site using their Hockerill Microsoft accounts.

MCAS (My Child At School)

This is the parent application from Bromcom. This enables parents/guardians with an account to view key information on their child / children. Information provided varies from their timetable, prep, attendance to enrichment activities such as clubs.

Parents/guardians will receive a link to their email allowing them to configure their accounts. Parents/guardians will be guided to setup their account via your web browser first. Please remember your password as you will need this when you have installed the App.

MCAS can be accessed via

https://mychildatschool.com

There is a mobile app which we recommend that parents have on their mobiles. The use of the mobile app allows us to use push messages to enhance parental communication. Please see your relevant app store and simply search "Bromcom". We strongly recommend that parents enable notifications to allow messages to be sent.
